Position: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Location: Markham
Salary: $36 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Job Type: 1-year contract with strong potential to go permanent
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French) to join their high-performing team in Markham. What You’ll Do:
- Provide bilingual phone and email support.
- Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
- Assist new customers and support online ordering.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Post-secondary education.
- Contact center experience seen as an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems.
- Team player with attention to detail and tech-savvy.
