Comptable aux immobilisations / Property Accountant

Poste : comptable aux immobilisations – immobilier commercial

Salaire : 80 000 $ à 95 000 $

Nous recherchons un comptable immobilier minutieux pour gérer le cycle comptable complet d'un portefeuille de biens immobiliers commerciaux et de détail.

Responsabilités :

- Gérer le cycle comptable complet des propriétés commerciales et de détail
- Préparer les états financiers mensuels et trimestriels et l'analyse des écarts
- Effectuer les rapprochements, les écritures comptables et l'analyse des coûts d'exploitation
- Déposer les déclarations de TPS et de TVQ
- Collaborer avec des gestionnaires immobiliers tiers (Hopem ; Yardi un atout)
- Participer à la budgétisation, aux prévisions et à la production de rapports sur le portefeuille

Qualifications :

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière (de préférence dans le secteur commercial)
- Solides connaissances de la TPS/TVQ du Québec
- Expérience avec les logiciels de gestion immobilière
- Grand souci du détail et capacité à travailler en équipe

Position: Property Accountant – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: $80,000–$95,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial and retail real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial and retail properties
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and variance analysis
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and operating cost analysis
- File GST and QST reports
- Collaborate with third-party property managers (Hopem; Yardi an asset)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of property accounting experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Quebec GST/PST
- Experience with property management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
