Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Calgary, AB (near the Calgary Airport)
Salary: $18 per hour
Job Type: Contract through the end of February, with potential to extend
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time contract role. The successful candidate will handle inbound customer calls related to orders, inquiries, invoices, and complaints, providing accurate information and timely, professional resolution.
What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally- Provide product and service information and assist with orders- Review, assess, and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Explain billing and service charges clearly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up on open inquiries to ensure resolution
- Identify trends in customer calls and share insights with the supervisor
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Schedule:- Full-time, standard business hours
