Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Canada (Remote – preference for Ontario; open to BC or Alberta)
Salary: $60–$65/hour

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of strategic enterprise partners within a high-growth digital platform environment.
This role operates as a true strategic advisor and business partner, focused on helping enterprise clients grow their digital presence and improve performance.
We’re looking for someone who brings a high level of ownership and initiative—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving work forward, while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. You’ll manage your portfolio with a strong sense of accountability, proactively identifying opportunities and solutions, with the support and partnership needed to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise partners, acting as a strategic advisor to drive growth and long-term value
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on retention, performance optimization, and expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with clients to enhance their digital capabilities, leveraging platform insights and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives
- Deliver client-facing presentations, business reviews, and product demonstrations to senior stakeholders
- Analyze data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations
- Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions, leveraging leadership to remove blockers where needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience within enterprise SaaS or digital platform environments
- Proven track record managing and growing large, strategic accounts
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to influence client outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong project or program management capabilities
- Technical fluency, with the ability to articulate complex platform capabilities in a business-focused way
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action
