Position: Data Coordinator
Location: Toronto/Hybrid
Salary: $23-$25 per hour
Job Type: Temporary/3 months (possibly longer)

Are you detailed oriented and analytical and is passionate about high quality data? Our busy client is seeking a Data Coordinator to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procedures, regulations, and by-laws
- Analyze Excel files and Power BI dashboards to identify data issues
- Support portal monitoring, testing, and collaborate with IT as needed
- Maintain procedures and meet SLA targets
- Communicate professionally with members via email and phone
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education preferred- 2–3 years’ experience in a professional environment (regulatory, association, or not-for-profit experience an asset)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel required); Power BI experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or membership database systems an asset
- Excellent attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
