We are looking to hire a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist for a great client in the energy and utilities software management (SaaS) industry. This is a high-impact role where you will own everything from social media storytelling and video production to the maintenance of website and the design of marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the company’s digital storytelling across all social media platforms, including end-to-end creation of short- and long-form video content from filming through final edits.
- Manage podcast production by coordinating episode schedules, securing external guest speakers, and handling post-production editing and distribution.
- Oversee ongoing website maintenance and enhancements within a CMS environment, ensuring content accuracy, strong visual presentation, and optimization for SEO and GEO performance.
- Plan, develop, and implement an integrated content calendar that aligns digital, web, and offline marketing initiatives with overall campaign and business goals.
- Maintain and organize brand assets, ensuring consistent access to up-to-date templates, creative files, and visual guidelines across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
Relevant certifications or post-graduate training in digital marketing platforms such as Meta Blueprint, HubSpot (Social, SEO, or Content Marketing), Google Analytics (GA4), or Google Search Ads.
- Advanced video editing expertise using tools such as CapCut or InShot, along with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience managing WordPress-based websites, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS and a foundational understanding of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with print production standards, including color formats, bleed requirements, and high-resolution exporting, considered an asset.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to support lead generation and campaign tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and report on key marketing KPIs.
- Proven background in B2B marketing, ideally within or supporting the energy sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Creative, results-driven professional with a genuine interest in the energy industry and a portfolio demonstrating digital and creative work.
