Our client, a large hospitality and conference venue in Eastern Ontario, is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multi-outlet operations including restaurant service, banquets, and conferences.
This role requires a proven hospitality leader who can manage high-volume operations, lead large teams, and drive both guest experience and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all food & beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Oversee banquet and conference service delivery.
- Manage staffing, service standards, and daily operations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Partner with sales, events, and culinary teams on large-scale events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Experience in a conference centre or full-service hotel environment
- Bilingual English/French required
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
- Experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume banquet operations
