Position: E-commerce Account Manager
Location: Toronto, ON - Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET
Job Type: 6-month contract (potential for extension)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to join a growing, fast-paced organization in the digital commerce space. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting to mid-sized retailers and B2B companies, with the primary goal of supporting ongoing account success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries through internal ticketing systems.
- Support clients by resolving operational, logistical, and technical inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities to help clients grow their e-commerce presence and increase sales performance.
- Provide guidance and education to client teams on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing tools).
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance internal processes and client support.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer support
- Exposure to retail, grocery, or related industries is an asset
- Familiarity with technical onboarding or support environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in or experience with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
