About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to a C-Suite executive and the Board of Directors within an established educational institution with a focus on strategic leadership and governance. This is a high-visibility role for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates discretion and professionalism, and can manage complex priorities while supporting executive and board-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-Suite executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials.
- Draft polished correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Attend and document meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Support operational and financial processes, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget-related tasks.
- Coordinate special projects, events, and organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a professional liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, and related tools) for document creation, collaboration, and workflow management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in C-Suite roles.
- Proven experience providing board-level support, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and board package coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating non-traditional organizational environments with adaptability and initiative.
- Proficient in all aspects of Google Suite.
