Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Downtown Toronto 
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year + bonus

Overview:

Are you a highly skilled Executive Assistant ready to step into a high-impact, strategic role?

Our client, a fast-growing professional service company, is seeking a trusted partner to support their CEO. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, committees, and senior investors, managing key priorities and confidential matters while contributing to the company’s growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage complex calendars for the CEO across multiple time zones, preparing agendas and supporting materials.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations, track expenses, and support departmental budgeting.
- Anticipate executive needs, flagging opportunities and challenges with judgment and discretion.
- Act as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of communications, meetings, and high-profile events.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Board and external partners.
- Plan and execute meetings, events and high-profile public engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, preferably in complex or high-growth organizations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and anticipate executive needs.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and experience managing projects and events.
