Position: Fulfillment Service Representative (Warehouse / Delivery / Customer Service)

Salary: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and industrial coatings distribution industry, is currently seeking a Fulfillment Service Representative to join their team. This role plays a key part in supporting warehouse operations, completing local deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Complete local deliveries in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory through replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Support vendor-managed inventory (VMI) processes as required.
- Perform paint mixing duties when needed.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Follow all company procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service to support operational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery timelines.
- Assist with general warehouse and operational support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or a similar role
- Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with automotive or industrial products is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass a background check
