Posting Type: Open vacancyOur client, a procurement specialist, is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to manage invoices, coordinate with vendors, and support client submissions. Ideal for an organized, self-motivated professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and quotes- Resolve discrepancies and coordinate revisions with vendors- Process and enter approved invoices and payments- Prepare reports, payment requests, and client submissions- Track outstanding items and provide administrative support
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years experience with invoicing preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented- Effective relationship-building skills across clients and teams
