Position: Invoicing Clerk

Salary: $22 per hour

Our client, a procurement specialist, is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to manage invoices, coordinate with vendors, and support client submissions. Ideal for an organized, self-motivated professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

- Verify invoices against purchase orders and quotes
- Resolve discrepancies and coordinate revisions with vendors
- Process and enter approved invoices and payments
- Prepare reports, payment requests, and client submissions
- Track outstanding items and provide administrative support

What You Bring:

-
1-2 years experience with invoicing preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Effective relationship-building skills across clients and teams
