Position: Junior Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-site)
Salary: $22–$24 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support across the office
- Manage calendars, meetings, and boardroom scheduling
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as a first point of contact for calls, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate mail, couriers, and general office operations
- Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of administrative or reception experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
