Our client, a well-established organization with a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, industrial, and land development sectors, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant to join their team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who can contribute to the ongoing evolution of a large-scale D365 F&O environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions, focusing on system enhancements, integrations, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor system health and proactively enhance performance and stability.
- Build and enhance Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities through custom development and configuration.
- Develop integrations between systems using APIs, data entities, and Azure-based tools.
- Customize the platform using X++, including extensions and reporting frameworks.
- Support the full lifecycle of development environments, including deployments and release pipelines.
- Produce clear technical artifacts such as solution designs and system documentation.
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance.
- Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and post-implementation support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and systems.

Qualifications:

- Solid experience working with ERP platforms, ideally Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong hands-on development experience with X++
- Experience working with data (SQL, reporting tools, and data models)
- Familiarity with integrations, including APIs and cloud-based services
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform tools, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose issues, think critically, and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
