Position: Office Services Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site)
Salary: $22 to $24 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (3 week contract)
Our downtown client is seeking a reliable Office Services Assistant to be the friendly face of the office and keep front desk and back-end operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reception desk coverage as needed
- Manage daily café operations across two floors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, dish stations, and coffee machines
- Restock refrigerators and café supplies
- Set up boardrooms and assist with meetings, events, and recruiting activities
