We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast‑paced production environments and knows how to turn complexity into consistency. This role sits at the center of operations, guiding people, systems, and processes to keep work moving forward safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Coordinating daily workflows so priorities are clear and execution stays on track
- Acting as a steady presence for frontline leaders and teams
- Identifying bottlenecks and redesigning processes to improve output and reliability
- Using data and dashboards to spot opportunities and turn insight into action

What You’ll Bring:

- At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale, hands-on operations
- A leadership style that balances accountability with trust
- Comfort working with planning systems and performance metrics
- A mindset focused on reducing waste, improving flow, and raising the bar
