Quantum is partnering with a boutique insurance brokerage in the heart of downtown Toronto, with strong industry connections and a long-standing presence.

We are seeking a RIBO Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager with previous personal lines experience to manage a portfolio of clients, provide expert guidance on coverage options, and deliver exceptional service while growing relationships and contributing to the brokerage’s success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a client portfolio, handling new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Respond promptly to client communications via phone or in-person, ensuring excellent service.
- Advise clients on coverage options, review renewals, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to process documents and client communications efficiently.
- Develop and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience within a brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of policies, coverage, and claims processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- RIBO license required.
