Join our client, a non-profit organization in inclusive recreation and youth services as a Recreation & Facilities Coordinator. Oversee programs, events, rentals, and staff logistics, serve as the main point of contact for families and vendors, and keep operations running smoothly. Ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional passionate about inclusive recreation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Help plan and keep daily activities, projects, and initiatives on track.
- Serve as a key point of contact for colleagues and partners.
- Support the team with onboarding, scheduling, and other operational needs.
- Track participation, progress, and key metrics to help the team succeed.
- Assist with logistics, organization, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collect feedback, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

- Degree or diploma in Recreation, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year in recreation, facilities, or administrative operations.
- Strong communicator; highly organized and detail oriented.
- Valid G license and access to a vehicle; flexible for travel, evenings, and weekends during peak season.
