Position: Recruiter
Location: Toronto (Remote)
Salary: $30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary

Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join their busy team. This is remote position, and you must have your own computer.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage high volume inbox
- Input and maintain data within Excel (MS Teams environment)
- Validate and update  records in Workday
- Initiate background screening
- Generate and send offer letters via Workday
- Track and confirm onboarding and mandatory training completion

Qualifications:

- Experience in HR coordination or recruitment administration
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel
- Experience working in Workday
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage a high-volume, process-driven workload.
