Position: Registration Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $25 per hour

Our client is a leading professional regulatory organization. They are seeking a detail-oriented Registrations Coordinator to manage student dues, payment plans, and status changes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professional member communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and process hardship applications; verify documents and prepare files
- Administer payment plans and coordinate with Finance
- Manage student status changes (suspensions, reinstatements, resignations)
- Update Salesforce and send communications
- Make courtesy reminder calls and provide Tier 2 support
- Ensure data accuracy with regular checks

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education; 3+ years administrative or regulatory experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office / Office 365
