Relocation Advisor Bilingual

Position: Relocation Advisor (Bilingual)
Location: Ottawa, ON (this is an onsite position)
Salary: $22 per hour + 4% vacation (paid weekly)
Job Type: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent hire

We are hiring Bilingual Relocation Advisors to assist federal employees and their families with domestic relocations across Canada. This is a meaningful, client-facing role supporting individuals through significant life transitions. We are looking for French/English (fluent) bilingual candidates for this project.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate relocation guidance by phone, email, video, and chat in both official languages.
- Ensure client support aligns with government policy and service level standards.
- Resolve issues, track cases, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide empathetic, efficient support in high-volume environments.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Professional, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Eligible for Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance

Schedule:

After training, 37.5 hours/week. Core hours are Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with the potential to extend to 8 p.m.
