Position: Remote Field Service Technician
Location: Wisconsin
Work: 50% travel to client sites / 50% remote work from home

Our well-established client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in the industrial machinery who enjoys both travel and technical problem-solving. The position offers a competitive salary, flexible work structure (50% field-based and 50% remote), and exposure to international client sites.

What You'll Do:

- Travel to customer sites across the Western USA and Canada
- Perform installation, commissioning, and repairs of industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Write detailed field reports and document site activities
- Train customers in operations and maintenance

You Bring:

- 3–5+ years of field service experience in the industrial machinery
- Background in electromechanics or equivalent
- Knowledge of industrial drawings and programming tools
- Ability to work independently and takes initiative
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
