Position: Research and Administrative Coordinator (Real Estate)
Location: Downtown Vancouver (On-site)
Salary: $55,000 per year

Our client, a busy commercial real estate brokerage in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Research and Administrative Coordinator (Real Estate) to support their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a real estate office who is comfortable managing MLS listings, preparing reports and marketing materials, and supporting brokers with research and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and market research using MLS and other real estate databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials in PowerPoint
- Add, update, and manage property listings on MLS
- Prepare and update listing agreements and standard real estate forms
- Track listing expiries and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and send DocuSign packages
- Organize files and maintain documentation in internal systems
- Provide administrative support to the brokerage team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage or real estate office is required
- Experience managing MLS listings and supporting broker marketing materials – required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
