About the Role:

Our client is looking  for motivated Sales Associates to join their Calgary team. You’ll support new home sales by engaging clients, managing leads, maintaining show homes, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping customers find their ideal home.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and assist clients in model homes and sales centers
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Support sales consultants in closing deals and preparing contracts
- Provide updates and coordinate client appointments
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment

What You Bring:

- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and business acumen
- Availability to work shifts (weekdays 2–8 PM, weekends 12–5 PM, including some holidays)
- Professional demeanor and organizational skills

Vacation & Leave:

Employees receive three weeks of vacation, five sick days, and enjoy a paid year-end closure from December 24 to January 3.
