Position: SAP Application Support Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid / 3 days)
Salary: $30 to $40 per hour
Job Type: 9-month contract

Our client, a large Canadian organization supporting public-sector and healthcare institutions, is looking to bring on an SAP Application Support Analyst to support business-critical procurement and supply chain systems.

This role sits within an IT Member Services environment and focuses on end-user support, incident management, and system configuration across SAP and Ariba platforms.

Your new role:

- Provide day-to-day application support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to senior internal teams or third-party vendors as needed
- Work closely with business users to understand issues, document solutions, and improve system usage
- Support configuration changes and enhancements to existing SAP/Ariba functionality
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and integration projects
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call support on a rotating basis

Key requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in an Application Support / Systems Support role, ideally on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and post implementation support
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Materials Management) and SAP Ariba Procurement (guided buying, invoicing) is a must
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and logistics processes
- Experience working with ticketing systems and incident / service request management
- Comfortable working in an outsourced or vendor-supported environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple issues in parallel
- ITIL knowledge or certification as well as exposure to other ERP platforms would be nice to have
