Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / Azure)
Location: Remote (Canada-based)
Salary: ~$100,000 + up to 20% bonus (flexible for the right candidate)

Quantum is partnering with a growing Canadian technology company that provides software solutions to help government and public sector organizations manage information requests and privacy compliance obligations. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are looking to bring development onshore and hire a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their lean, high-impact team.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on development and client interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions while working closely with end users.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain APIs, including integrations with client systems (approx. 70–80 APIs)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full stack
- Deploy new instances of the platform and support ongoing releases
- Configure and onboard new customers, including user setup and permissions
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and support implementations
- Support system performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Partner closely with the existing developer to enhance and evolve the platform

Qualifications:

- Strong experience with .NET (backend), React (frontend), and Azure
- Proven experience building and integrating APIs
- Full-stack development experience in a production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment or interested in developing those skills
- Experience with security and data protection best practices
- Bonus: Experience with Python and/or exposure to AI/ML
