Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: GTA
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will design, build, and support HR service solutions on an enterprise workflow platform. Your expertise in employee-facing portals, workflow automation, and system integrations will enable secure, efficient, and intuitive HR experiences. You will collaborate closely with HR partners, IT teams, and architects to deliver scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.
What will you be doing?
- Configure and enhance HR service capabilities, including case management, lifecycle processes, knowledge, and employee portals.- Develop and customize self-service experiences using platform-native tools and modern web technologies.
- Build automated HR workflows using low-code tools, scripting, and platform APIs.
- Integrate the HR platform with external HR systems to support onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
- Implement access controls and security configurations to protect sensitive employee data.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and Agile delivery activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate platform updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What experience do you have?
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience on an enterprise service or workflow platform.
- 3+ years delivering HR-focused service solutions and employee portals.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of security, access controls, and data protection.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work arrangement:
This is a 24-month contract with a hybrid work model, consisting of four days remote and one day onsite per week.
