Senior Treasury Analyst

Position: Senior Treasury Analyst 
Location: Toronto, ON – 5 Days on Site
Salary: $38-$42 per hour
Job Type: 3-month contract

Our client, a growing organization in the retirement living sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Treasury Analyst to support financial operations across a portfolio of retirement communities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership while managing cash flow, supporting financing initiatives, and optimizing treasury operations in a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast and optimize cash flow, manage intercompany transfers
- Perform bank reconciliations, maintain cash dashboards, and oversee treasury operations
- Support financing, draw schedules, and project funding
- Prepare reports, variance analysis, and assist with budgeting/forecasting
- Help manage debt schedules, loan compliance, and refinancing initiatives
- Identify risks and improve treasury processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of treasury/finance experience
- Strong cash flow, banking, and financial analysis skills
- Multi-entity portfolio experience preferred
- ERP/TMS and Excel proficiency
