Position: Senior Technical Program Manager – Data & Reporting Platforms

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a highly visible, enterprise-wide data and reporting transformation program. This role will oversee a complex utility data validation and reporting platform that feeds billing, finance, and board-level ESG reporting.
This is not a traditional PMO role. We are looking for a program leader with strong hands-on experience delivering modern data platforms in politically complex, stakeholder-heavy environments.
Your new role:
You will lead a multi-stream technology program that includes utility data ingestion, validation and transformation processes, as well as a Snowflake-based enterprise reporting platform with multiple system integrations.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end program roadmap across ingestion, transformation, validation, reporting, and pilot rollout- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Data & Technology, Finance, Operations, and Sustainability
- Ensure data integrity and reconciliation processes are in place before executive reporting
- Manage integration dependencies across multiple source systems (APIs, batch feeds, third-party platforms)
- Deliver structured executive updates to senior leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee program financials, risks, and change management in a politically sensitive environment
- Potentially lead and mentor additional contract PM resources
This program is nearing pilot rollout and includes executive-level visibility tied to ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years leading complex, multi-stream technology programs in enterprise environments- Proven experience delivering modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data warehouse ecosystems)
- Strong understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT), validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes
- Experience integrating multiple source systems into centralized reporting environments
- Demonstrated delivery of executive or board-level reporting platforms
- Strong roadmapping and WBS planning experience for data or analytics programs
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-suite presentation experience
- Experience in utilities, real estate operations, energy, infrastructure, or regulated environments is an asset
- PMP required
