Warehouse Order Picker

Position: Warehouse Order Picker
Location: Mississauga

Our Mississauga client is looking for a reliable, accurate Warehouse Order Picker with Reach Forklift experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation (only 20–25% of the day) and general warehouse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order picking with high accuracy using an RF scanner
- Operating a Reach forklift (approximately 20–25% of shift)
- Performing general labour duties including tidying, organizing, sweeping, and supporting the warehouse team
- Using SAP or similar systems (must be computer literate)
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (not continuous), majority of items 10–30 lbs; assisted devices available

Requirements:

- Solid order picking experience
- Valid Reach forklift license + relevant experience
- Comfortable with limited forklift hours (majority of shift involves order picking and GL work)
- Ability to provide professional references and pass a criminal background check
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
