Our client in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Yardi Business Analyst to support, optimize, and evolve in its Yardi ERP environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and Operations, acting as the functional owner of the Yardi platform. The position focuses on system configuration, financial workflow optimization, data integrity, and reporting, working closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure the system supports accurate financial operations and scalable processes. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has worked extensively within Yardi Voyager and related financial modules, has experience troubleshooting issues for business users, and has participated in system enhancements or implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary functional owner and advanced user of the Yardi ERP platform, partnering closely with Finance and senior business stakeholders.
- Support and optimize core Yardi financial modules, including GL, Investment Accounting, Construction Manager, Procure-to-Pay, AP, and AR.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial workflows and module functionality, supporting accounting and business users.
- Configure and maintain system settings, user permissions, entity/property setup, rollups, and scheduled processes within Yardi.
- Translate accounting, finance, and operational requirements into scalable system configurations and improved workflows.
- Ensure data integrity across Yardi and connected systems through data validation, reconciliation, and cleansing.
- Design and maintain financial reports, queries, and data extracts for Finance and leadership teams.
- Participate in and support Yardi-related projects, including module implementations, workflow improvements, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate testing cycles and UAT for system changes to ensure minimal disruption to finance operations.
- Maintain system documentation, process maps, and internal controls supporting audit readiness.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Yardi vendor and external implementation partners when required.

Required Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and related financial modules in a finance or accounting environment.
- Experience working with GL, Investment Accounting, Construction Manager, Procure-to-Pay, AP, and AR modules within Yardi, including troubleshooting issues for business users.
- Experience participating in Yardi-related projects or system improvements, such as workflow configuration, module implementations, integrations, or upgrades.
- Accounting or finance background, either through professional experience or education.
- Experience supporting Finance or Accounting teams using Yardi, including processes such as: AP and AR workflows, financial reporting, month-end activities
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Accounting Systems Analyst, or Finance Systems role.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in finance or real estate environments.
