Position: Regional Wellness Manager - Retirement Living

Salary: $115,000 approx. (negotiable based on experience)

Our client, a well-respected and rapidly growing organization in the Retirement Living space, is currently in need of a Regional Wellness Manager in Ontario.
This is a multi-site leadership role supporting Wellness Managers across several retirement communities. You would provide clinical oversight, coach site leaders, ensure regulatory compliance (RHRA, IPAC, CNO), lead audits and performance improvement initiatives, and help shape care models during a period of growth.
We’re looking for:
- RN or RPN (CNO in good standing)
- 5+ years as a Director of Care/Wellness Manager in retirement living
- 3+ years in a regional or multi-site leadership capacity
- Strong regulatory knowledge and a track record of building high-performing teams
- Ability to travel across the GTHA and Ottawa
This role gives you the chance to make a direct impact on care standards across multiple communities and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen clinical operations.
