Position: Blue Yonder Specialist (Merchandising, Category Management, Space Planning)
Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid in Toronto
Salary: $100-$120 per hour

Role Summary:
We're looking for a Blue Yonder Specialist to support merchandising, category management, and space planning initiatives. This role will focus on the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Blue Yonder solutions, partnering closely with business and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and system adoption.
Key Skills:
- Blue Yonder Merchandising, Category Management, and Space Planning configuration and support
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder with enterprise systems such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, MuleSoft, GK Software, and Pega CDH
- Business process optimization and workflow design
- System implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Functional documentation, workflows, and user guide development
- Experience supporting floor planning, publishing processes, and store operations workflows
- Data integration and system configuration expertise
- End-user training, support, and issue resolution
- Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, operations, and IT teams
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Advanced reporting and analytics experience using Power BI or Tableau
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder solutions within merchandising, category management, and space planning environments
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Category Management (CatMan) and Space Planning tools
- Experience supporting enterprise retail systems and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising workflows, and store execution processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Blue Yonder certifications in Merchandising, Category Management, or Space Planning are considered an asset
- PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with integrated retail and enterprise platforms
