Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is currently seeking three Digital Health Technology Support Specialists to join their Customer Solutions team. This role plays a critical part in driving adoption of digital health technologies and patient support programs by providing education, technical support, and workflow optimization to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver onsite and virtual education sessions to healthcare professionals (Endocrinology and Primary Care) on reimbursement navigation and digital health platforms
- Support adoption and utilization of digital tools, including LibreView, connected apps, and workflow solutions
- Lead end-to-end setup and optimization of digital platforms within clinics (account setup, patient connections, reporting tools)
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms, data uploads, EMR connectivity, and clinic workflows
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to coordinate clinic engagement and ensure successful program activation
- Manage assigned territory by coordinating clinic visits, scheduling, and travel to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Conduct follow-ups with clinics, address program-related inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems (e.g., Veeva)
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital health ecosystem products and patient support programs
- Support field teams by leading clinic implementations and improving operational efficiency
- Maintain company equipment, records, and materials in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Digital Health, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, clinical support, or a customer-facing technical support role
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or within medical office environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital health platforms, cloud-based systems, and mobile applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through digital tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital reporting systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a field-based territory
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient, service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
