Our client, a well-respected boutique accounting firm in downtown Toronto is seeking a hands-on Billing Specialist to support end-to-end billing operations within a professional services environment. This is a part-time role to start, focused on ensuring accurate WIP management, timely billing cycles, and high-quality financial reporting using CCH iFirm.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage time entry and WIP accuracy
- Prepare and process invoices (time-based & fixed fee)
- Apply billing adjustments and finalize with partners
- Monitor WIP, support A/R, and resolve billing issues
- Generate key reports (WIP aging, realization)
What You Bring:
- Billing experience in a professional services / accounting firm
- CCH iFirm (Time & Billing) is required
- Strong understanding of WIP, realization & billing cycles
- Advanced Excel + strong attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and independent
