Position: SAP FICO and Concur Functional Analyst

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & Concur Functional Consultant to support and enhance our financial systems landscape. This role will act as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, ensuring that SAP Finance (FICO) and Concur solutions are effectively configured, optimized, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert for SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) and SAP Concur (Travel & Expense)
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
- Configure and support core SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Manage and support SAP Concur modules including Expense Management, Travel Management, Invoice Processing
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integration efforts between SAP and Concur
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and data integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
- Participate in testing activities (unit testing, UAT, regression testing)
- Develop documentation, training materials, and end-user support guides
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice)
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP and third-party systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business stakeholders
