Position: SAP Functional Analyst (CAR, PMR, OPPS)

Role Summary
SAP Functional Analyst focused on retail and omnichannel solutions, supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP modules including CAR, PMR, and OPPS. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to enhance inventory visibility, pricing strategies, and customer engagement across the organization.
You’ll play a key role in delivering scalable SAP solutions, driving process improvements, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills:
- SAP CAR, PMR, OPP & OPPS configuration and support
- Strong experience in SAP integrations (e.g., IDocs, SLT replication)
- Business process analysis, optimization, and automation
- Functional design documentation and system configuration
- End-to-end testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and user support
- Cross-functional collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Retail / consumer goods domain knowledge (inventory, pricing, promotions)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst (or similar)
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP retail modules
- Experience working on enterprise or large-scale transformation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP certifications (CAR, PMR, OPPS) are an asset
- ITIL or similar service management certification is a plus
- Exposure to integrated enterprise systems (e.g., merchandising, CRM, supply chain platforms)
- Strong understanding of data governance and digital transformation initiatives
