As part of an expanding global footprint, they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Rep to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within UT/CO with a heavy focus on Denver and Salt Lake. This is a high-visibility role for a proven sales professional who thrives in a consultative, performance-driven environment. There is also a management component to this role enabling the successful candidate to act as a "player/coach" so to speak.

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for full-cycle sales execution within a defined territory, partnering closely with regional leadership to exceed revenue targets. You will lead account development efforts, manage complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating advanced aesthetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations, and support evaluations.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and sales negotiations in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, pipeline, and competitive intelligence.
- Build deep product expertise through ongoing training and competitive analysis.
- Participate in company-sponsored workshops, training sessions, and industry events.
- Consistently model company values and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5–8 years of successful sales experience, ideally within capital equipment or B2B environments
- Strong preference for experience selling complex or technical solutions (medical device or laser industry a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets
