Position: Medical Programs Coordinator
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $40–$45 per hour

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical space, is seeking a Medical Programs Coordinator to support the delivery of medical programs and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, and healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate medical programs including advisory boards, symposia, and disease awareness initiatives
- Manage project timelines, tracking progress, and stakeholder reporting
- Support review and approval of medical materials and documentation
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and healthcare professionals
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for the Medical team
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
What You Bring:
- Science degree or pharma/healthcare experience
- Experience in medical communications or related projects
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
- Clear communication and strong attention to compliance
