Position: Office Services Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)
Salary: $22 per hour

Our downtown client, a leading investment organization, is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations and deliver a high-quality employee and visitor experience at their office. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys coordinating workplace services, events, and front-of-house operations.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact at reception, managing visitor experience and security protocols
- Coordinate workplace services, including meeting rooms, catering, and mailroom support
- Oversee Workplace Café operations, including vendors and daily functionality
- Plan and deliver events and programming with internal teams and employee groups
- Gather feedback and continuously improve workplace and experience
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate, hospitality, or similar environments
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proactive, adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills
