Our client is seeking a data-driven professional to support the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of large-scale infrastructure assets. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, asset management, and operational performance, with a strong focus on turning complex data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in improving asset performance through analytics, developing dashboards and reporting, and supporting enterprise asset management systems. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze infrastructure asset performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate operational performance and insights
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as asset reliability, delays, and safety metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance and resilience
- Maintain and support enterprise asset management systems and databases
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across asset records
- Support lifecycle analysis, forecasting, and long-term asset planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update asset hierarchies and data standards
- Conduct cost-benefit and performance improvement studies
- Develop and support risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate high-risk areas
- Analyze historical and real-time data to support forecasting and decision-making
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support business needs and operational priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, safety, and leadership
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational strategy
- Audit data and develop “ground truth” datasets to ensure accuracy
- Identify recurring issues and propose scalable solutions
- Support the development of standards, processes, and performance measurement frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field
- 5–6+ years of experience in data analytics, asset management, or business intelligence
- Strong experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with KPI development, reporting, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems (e.g., Infor or similar)
- Familiarity with risk analysis frameworks and reliability methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMECA, FRACAS)
- Experience with APIs, data integrations, and large structured/unstructured datasets
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
- Strong attention to detail and a data-first mindset
- A balance of technical expertise and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
