Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a large scale ITSM environment. This role will focus heavily on ServiceNow Service Request workflows, Flow Designer, and enterprise workflow automation across a hybrid cloud environment. The role will play a key part in building and enhancing ServiceNow workflows, service catalog solutions, integrations, and platform capabilities that support core enterprise service delivery. This position will work closely with IT leadership, architects, business stakeholders, and service teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices and enterprise operational standards.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands on experience with Flow Designer building large complex workflows
- Experience with Service Catalog, service request workflows, approvals, and workflow automation
- Strong scripting experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform customizations
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations across enterprise systems
- Experience supporting upgrades, release management, and production issue resolution
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise ServiceNow environments
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification required
