Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Toronto – 3 days a week, hybrid
Salary: $70-$90 per hour
Job Type: 6-month contract

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow enhancements across a large scale ITSM environment. This role will focus on requirements gathering, Agile story creation, process documentation, UAT coordination, and stakeholder alignment across ServiceNow initiatives in a hybrid cloud environment.
The role will play a key part in translating business needs into actionable user stories, supporting solution design with architects and developers, and driving end to end delivery across ServiceNow enhancements. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, platform teams, and IT leadership to improve service delivery, support release planning, and ensure scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise IT environments
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements for ServiceNow enhancements
- Experience writing Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM, and CMDB Discovery
- Experience supporting UAT, smoke testing, release coordination, and stakeholder signoƯ
- Strong experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder workshops, and cross functional collaboration
- Strong documentation skills across process maps, data mapping, training materials, and knowledge articles
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
