Position: Executive Assistant to Partner
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – close to Union Station)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior Partners within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and operate with a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize competing demands
- Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up documentation
- Complete expense reports and benefits submissions accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partners
- Provide occasional personal assistance (e.g., reservations, gift arrangements, appointments)
- Offer backup support to the broader administrative team during absences or peak periods
- Support additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (PowerPoint considered an asset)
- Post-secondary education preferred
