Position: Operations Coordinator, Regulatory (Contract)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
Job Type: 6 Month Contract with potential to extend or convert
Salary: $25 per hour

Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Regulatory to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regulatory and licensing operations, including registration, renewals, audits, and compliance-related processes
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and respond to inquiries from internal and external parties
- Assist with policy, procedure, and documentation updates
- Support reporting, tracking, and administrative projects within the department
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and customer service experience required
- Previous experience within a regulatory, compliance, governance, legal, or professional services environment is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered an asset
