Position: Business Transformation Analyst
Location: 4 days onsite, Downtown Toronto
Salary: $50 per hour

Summary
The Business Transformation Analyst supports large-scale modernization initiatives across Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supply Chain Planning. The role focuses on analysing and redesigning end-to-end processes, defining business requirements, and enabling the successful delivery of enterprise platforms such as SAP Ariba, Icertis CLM, and Blue Yonder. It acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, standardized, and effectively adopted.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyse current-state processes and design future-state operating models across procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, and supply chain planning
- Develop end-to-end process maps, workflows, and documentation covering S2P, CLM, forecasting, and supplier management
- Gather and translate business requirements into structured user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and end-to-end process walkthroughs, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
- Support solution design, system validation, and integration alignment with platforms such as SAP Ariba, Icertis CLM, and Blue Yonder
- Assist with UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
- Drive change enablement through training materials, communications, and adoption support
- Track KPIs, support benefits realization, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation roles
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations in procurement, supply chain, contract management, or vendor management
- Exposure to platforms such as SAP Ariba, Icertis CLM, Blue Yonder, or similar enterprise tools
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and solutions
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced transformation or modernization environments
- Familiarity with S2P, CLM, supply chain planning, or change management frameworks is an asset
