What you’ll be doing:

- Provide on-site and remote support to customers, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management
- Manage and maintain customer systems, including vendor-managed inventory programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, and service-related issues quickly and effectively
- Support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Assist with deliveries and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment
- Handle administrative tasks such as order tracking and accounts receivable support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in fulfillment, distribution, or customer-facing roles (automotive or industrial environment is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Hands-on, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift experience is an asset (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with solid numerical skills
