Your Day to Day:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk reception in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office calendars, and deliveries
- Handle mail, courier packages, and general office coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to office teams as needed
What You Bring:
- Previous customer service, reception, retail, or office experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced office environments
