Position: Construction Project Manager

A growing commercial real estate organization is expanding its construction management division and is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support interior commercial projects.
This role oversees projects end‑to‑end, from budgeting to close‑out, managing multiple project simultaneously.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full project lifecycle, including budgets, schedules, and close‑out
- Oversee CAPEX and tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate with project coordinators, site superintendents, design teams, and consultants
- Track progress, changes, risks, and documentation
- Support smooth handoff to operations once projects are complete
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial project or construction management
- Strong experience with CAPEX and interior tenant construction
- Background in office and/or industrial spaces
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
- Strong organization and communication skills
Additional details:
- Limited travel to local job sites (primarily Ottawa and surrounding areas)
- Day‑to‑day site coordination supported by on‑site superintendents
