Our client, a growing Canadian organization with ambitious expansion plans, is seeking a Director, Field Services to lead and transform its national field operations team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by improving processes, implementing technology, driving performance, and helping shape the future of a growing business.

Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Operations, you will lead a team of field professionals while developing the systems, structure, and operational discipline needed to support continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and develop a national team of field professionals

- Drive operational excellence, workforce utilization, and service delivery performance
- Improve scheduling, dispatch, territory management, and resource planning
- Build scalable processes, SOPs, and operational best practices
- Implement technology and automation solutions that improve efficiency
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, utilization, quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and operational strategy
- Provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of leadership experience in field services, technical services, construction operations, facilities management, maintenance, telecommunications, utilities, building products, or similar environments

- Experience leading mobile workforce or field-based teams
- Strong understanding of dispatch, scheduling, workforce planning, and operational KPIs
- Proven success improving processes, productivity, and operational performance
- Experience implementing technology and process improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead both strategically and tactically
